Al Awaly Real Estate Company concluded its participation in the second edition of the Saudi-British Real Estate Exhibition in London, which brought together leading investors, developers, and decision-makers from the United Kingdom and Saudi Arabia. The company showcased its experience in real estate development and its project portfolio to investors and those interested in real estate opportunities in the Kingdom, coinciding with the sector's current expansion in investment activity and the evolution of market regulations.
Al Awaly Real Estate's pavilion witnessed a number of official visits and meetings with prominent figures, including His Excellency the Minister of Transport and Logistics, Engineer Saleh bin Nasser Al Jasser; the Chairman of Qatar Tourism, Saad bin Ali Al Kharji; Sheikh Khalifa Al Thani; and Sheikh Faisal bin Jassim Al Thani, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Faisal Holding Company. Discussions focused on opportunities for cooperation, the future of real estate investment, and the importance of building partnerships to support the sector's growth.
The Saudi-British Real Estate Exhibition witnessed real estate sales and reservations exceeding SAR 687.2 million (£136 million), indicating the significant interest in the investment opportunities presented. Al-Awaly Real Estate confirmed that the next phase will focus on following up on meetings and translating the interest generated during the exhibition into partnerships, site visits, and investment opportunities.
Sulaiman Al-Rumaih, CEO of Al-Awaly Real Estate, stated: "Our participation in the exhibition allowed us to build relationships with investors and partners from within and outside the Kingdom. It also provided an important platform to showcase the company's projects and exchange views on the future of real estate investment. We view what was achieved during the exhibition as the beginning of a new phase of joint work, based on following up on the outcomes of the meetings and transforming them into tangible partnerships and investment opportunities."
Al-Rumaih emphasized that the participation contributed to expanding its professional network and opening new communication channels with investors and entities interested in the real estate sector, which supports its expansion plans and enhances its presence in regional and international markets, based on its commitment to developing quality projects that meet investors’ aspirations and contribute to supporting the growth of the real estate sector.
