Al-Awali Real Estate Company announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding during its participation in the Saudi-Syrian Investment Forum 2025, a move reflecting its presence among Saudi companies participating in strengthening cooperation and investment opportunities between the two countries.
The forum, held in Damascus, witnessed broad participation from representatives of the public and private sectors, along with the announcement of several agreements and memoranda of understanding aimed at supporting economic partnerships and opening new horizons for investment in various sectors.
The signing by Al-Awali Real Estate, represented by its CEO, Mr. Sulaiman Al-Murikhi, was part of a series of agreements witnessed at the forum, reinforcing the company's efforts to expand its partnerships and explore new opportunities for real estate development and investment between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Syrian Arab Republic.
