From London, Al-Awaly Real Estate opens up new horizons for British investment in the Saudi market.

Al Awaly Real Estate Company announced its participation in the “Saudi Real Estate Exhibition in London”, which will be held in the British capital from August 2-4, 2026.

Al-Awaly will showcase its real estate development experience and project portfolio to visitors, investors, and those interested in real estate opportunities in the Kingdom.

The exhibition is particularly significant given the recent developments in regulating non-Saudi property ownership in the Kingdom. These developments offer broader opportunities for international investors to enter the market within the established frameworks and regulations, thus enhancing the sector's ability to attract new capital and increasing opportunities for the growth of the real estate sector in the Kingdom.

Sulaiman bin Rumaih Al-Rumaih, CEO of Al-Awaly Real Estate, stated that the Saudi real estate market now welcomes international investors, thanks to evolving legislation, expanding opportunities, and diversifying real estate products. He pointed out that regulating non-Saudi property ownership in the Kingdom represents a significant step that broadens the base of those interested in the market and gives investors a greater opportunity to study available options and make their decisions within a clear regulatory environment.

Al-Rumaih added, "Our participation in London allows us to directly engage with British and international investors and present a picture that reflects the projects and opportunities available in the Kingdom." He explained that investors seek a market with growth potential, a developer with a proven track record, and a product capable of generating investment value, and the Saudi market today embodies all these elements.

Al-Rumaih stated that major projects and the growth of new cities and sectors in the Kingdom are creating diverse demand for residential, commercial, administrative, and hospitality products, driving developers to offer projects that meet the needs of a wider range of investors and buyers.

He emphasized that Saudi Vision 2030 has brought about a clear change in the size of the market and the nature of the opportunities available within it, as the real estate sector has become more closely linked to economic and tourism growth and urban development. He anticipates that international investors will increasingly focus on the Saudi market in the coming period as the regulatory environment continues to evolve and more projects and opportunities are launched.

Riyadh stands out within Al-Awaly's portfolio as one of the company's key markets, with its portfolio in the capital comprising six projects with more than 1,339 units and areas exceeding 287,000 square meters. Sales of its off-plan projects in Riyadh exceeded one billion riyals during 2024 and 2025. Over the past 15 years, Al Awaly Real Estate has built a diverse portfolio of projects across several regions of the Kingdom since its inception in 2011. The company has signed more than 80 projects and developed over 15,000 real estate products, with a total project value exceeding SAR 16 billion. Its operations extend to more than seven Saudi cities.

The portfolio includes residential, commercial, administrative, hospitality, and mixed-use projects, as well as projects in partnership with key players in the sector, including the National Housing Company (NHC). This reflects Al Awaly's expertise in developing residential complexes, towers, business centers, and hotel and commercial projects.

Al Awaly's projects also include Al Awaly Hills, Rabwat Al Awaly, and Al Awaly Rise Makkah in Makkah, in addition to the Akam Makkah Hills project in partnership with the National Housing Company (NHC). Its projects also extend to Taif, Buraidah, and Jazan.

Two-thirds of the hall space is dedicated to the Saudi region, with participation in the program limited to five Saudi developers, and a pavilion of 50 square meters allocated to each developer.
